Simbley Performance is a Sports therapy service dedicated to offering personalised care and customised treatment plans designed to address your specific needs.
Our lead therapist, Tom Sibley, has qualifications in Having a MSc in Sports Therapy, and BSc in Strength & Conditioning Science. He is committed to supporting you in your journey toward improving your strength, preventing injuries, and your overall wellbeing.
Tom has experience across multiple sporting disciplines, including football, rugby, kayaking, and weightlifting, applying his extensive knowledge and expertise to facilitate effective rehabilitation, and performance session to enhance the performance of his athletes.
Using this he has helped multiple individuals with diagnosing their injuries, relieving pain, reducing tension, and supporting with long-term development.
